This may or may not be the 5th attempt at writing this post. I just don’t have the eloquence today. Or the organization of thoughts. So instead of being super detailed and elaborate about what is causing me to go back and forth and back and forth in my brain, I’m just going to ask something germane to the theme of my thoughts.
What are you doing to help set yourself up for the Long Run? Beyond running, what steps are you taking to set solid foundations for future success?
I am reevaluating my nutrition, going to the doctor, starting back running (!) but tentatively, and investing in my relationships.
