You all know that I love me a marathon. I love marathon training the most, but there really isn’t anything like marathon race day. The excitement, the nerves, the chafing, the refueling, the fight, the triumph. I just love it all. As a marathon lover and marathon coach, I have written quite a bit about running marathons, and so for this Running Coaches Corner, I am rounding up some of my favorite posts and favorite tidbits of advice from posts past!

    I love all your running tips. For now I haven’t considered doing any training though, I’m sticking with my few miles a week. But I do enjoy reading about how runners train, what they eat and how they recover because I think any athlete could use that advice.

    Love this!! I have a marathon this weekend and feel like I haven’t focused on it that much so am starting to get a little anxious about my mental fitness. I’ve done the training, I just haven’t been a nervous wreck about it for the past two weeks. 😉 Which may be a good thing!
