Do you want to live a life of stress fracture free running? 

No runner wants to be injured, and runners often live in fear of the words “stress fracture.” Stress fractures can be incredibly difficult to prevent despite our best intentions. Unfortunately, many runners will be confronted with a stress fracture during the span of their running career, and frustratingly, there is little help available for those on the road to stress fracture recovery.

I was one of them. First I suffered a stress reaction, and later I suffered a true stress fracture. And not just any stress fracture, but a sacral stress fracture. As a result, I spent 5 months not running. I know what it is like to wonder if you will ever run again, if your body is failing you. And I know what it feels like to take those first terrifying steps as you run again.

As much as I searched, I was never satisfied with the support, information and guidance available to me to aid my recovery, particularly from sacral stress fracture. I want to spare all of you recovering from stress fracture the same frustration.
