Regardless of the option that you choose, rest easy in the knowledge that I am here for you. I don’t mind if you curse my name during speed work (believe me, I hate me during speed work!) as long as you still love me afterwards. There will be times when I give you a healthy dose of tough love, but I am always your biggest cheerleader. My training emphasis for all of my clients is to find their best fit and get the most from their training–not just physically, but mentally as well.

Training Plans

8 -20 weeks, $50 and up for creation; Consultation only starting at $30

Based upon the assessment of your fitness, goals, training past, and lifestyle, I will develop a personalized training plan that you can take and run with (literally and figuratively).

Do you have a training plan already in the works, but want another pair of eyes on it? Send it on over! I will examine your own plan and, based on your assessment, give you my opinion and comments on what you have devised.

Monthly Consultation Training Packages

Customized One-On-One Training with Monthly Consultation

$115 for first 4 weeks, $85/4 weeks thereafter

This level of training is excellent for those who have a basic knowledge or understanding of what they are doing, but want to get to the next level of their training without committing to full level coaching. The Monthly Consultation Option will help us develop you as an athlete with a more targeted approach. The higher price of the first month reflects that a consultation will occur after the first 2 weeks to make sure that the schedule is working for you!

Customized One-On-One Training with Bi-Monthly Consultation

Starting at $125/4 weeks

My most popular plan! Bi-monthly consultation entails an even higher degree of flexibility, adaptability, and accountability. Balance real life with training and have fun with a marathon training plan with purpose, direction, and confirmation that you are getting the most from your coaching experience. But this plan isn’t just for those gearing up for a race! If you have a frequently changing schedule or if you are coming back from injury, you need to consider this or the next plan.

Customized One-On-One Training with Anytime Consultation

Starting at $200/4 weeks

The Rolls-Royce of coaching, this  offers you an all access pass to achieving your goals. Not only will I create a completely personalized training program, but I will be there daily to help you customize your training to your life. Via phone, text, or email, athletes will be able to get all the help that they need, when they need it. Coach Suz, Unlimited!  I highly recommend this plan for those coming back from injury so that we can ensure that you are moving in a positive forward direction, rather than doing harm to yourself.
