Running, Fitness, and Marathon Training
I have really started focusing on publishing more educational content for all–from experienced to beginning runners. But don’t think that just because you aren’t a “runner” that you can’t utilize my tips! All successful training is based on similar principles, you just have to learn how to translate and apply them.
Much has changed in the past 2 months: our trip to Mexico, finally getting off of crutches, getting laid off from my job, starting physical therapy, getting my colonoscopy, and starting my fertility journey. Get caught up with some major moments in my life!
