A year filled with marathons deserves post rounding up the best marathon training and running posts, does it not? I thought that it would behoove us all to take some time before we begin the new year, a new season of training, or even if we are about to run a race, to look back at some of my top posts for advice on marathon training plans, marathon training diet and nutrition, and the mental side of marathon training and running.

    I remember all these posts and reading them religiously. They’re an abundance of valuable information for runners of whatever capability or capacity.

    Am I going to bring that 10k time down from 48m to 45m in 2016? Dunno but Coach Suz is certainly going to help me try!! 🙂
