Oh, hey there, heeeey! Rare weekend post from me!
On Friday, I mentioned that one of my favorite aspects of fall is just getting out and actively experiencing the season. Whether that be just walking around and looking at the fall color, going for a run, playing flag football, or competing in finals/races, fall is one of the true winners with regards to getting out and being active. Why should summer have all the fun?
This is the time to get your friends, family, kids, or just your pretty little self out and to enjoy everything that the world has to offer you. And with a far lower chance of sweating out your eyeballs, sneezing uncontrollably, or freezing your knickers off. Well, you might start sneezing, but that just means that there is some freshly mown grass nearby, and you should go frolic on it. Don’t jump in a pile of leaves; it is itchy, damp, and bugs are everywhere. Also, don’t do the same thing in hay. Take it from a former rider, it isn’t fun. And you will never get it out of your clothes or hair.
September 28 is a celebration of all things active, healthy, and authentic: Active Nation Day. We are so lucky to be in the bodies that we are, to have the life in our lungs, heart, and minds, regardless of what might be ailing us. Thank your body by taking care of it. Show it gratitude by letting it show you what you can do.

How are you going to get out there and celebrate Active Nation Day?
Personally, I think that this is a great idea:
But yoga and taking the stairs works well too 😀
Have a beautiful weekend, and I can’t wait to see what you all come up with! #sweatpink
