RXBars

RXBars continue to be one of my favorite pre- or post-workout fuel options. I love that they have no-nonsense ingredients and are delicious to boot! Favorite flavors? Chocolate Sea Salt is my number one, and then Chocolate Coconut and Mint Chocolate, then Blueberry. I have to say, Peanut Butter is probably my least favorite, but honestly? Not a bad one.

Another bar that I am obsessed with is any flavor of the Clif Nut Butter Filled Bar. I recently found them on Amazon on major sale, and I bought four 12-count boxes. I’ve had one every night for the past week, and I’m not going to stop any time soon! Love love love the coconut almond butter (it isn’t overly coconuty!) and the Chocolate Hazelnut butter.

Another major love. Prior to this year, I wasn’t really a smoothie or shake person. But my commitment to getting back to my healthy weight while supporting my running started me with a shake-a-day habit (sometimes two a day!). I tried Arctic Zero years ago, and I was #notimpressed. But then I tried it again at Blogfest/IDEA World, and I found myself changing my mind. When they reached out with the offer for me to try it again, I decided to go for it. Cue Arctic Zero hording. Even ALEX likes the new flavors! Faves include Cake Batter, Cookie Dough, Key Lime Pie, and Brownie Blast.

You all know the story. I was totally holding out, refusing to be involved with Bluetooth earbuds. These have 100% changed me. I haven’t worn another pair of headphones since getting these Jlab earbuds, and now that winter is here, having the wireless capabilities is more necessary than ever! I 100000% recommend them!

In this day and age, smart watches are de rigeur. Being able to send texts, check email, track your workouts, control your music, and sync everything with your phone? Kind of a big deal.

Yogdev Yoga Wheel

The Yogdev yoga wheel is quickly changing my thoughts on yoga props. They are truly for more than just yoga, and while I love my foam roller, I am looking forward to using the yoga wheel during my hormone treatments to help me meditate, relax, and get loose.
